Change Adoption Analyst role holder will work closely with the Change Adoption Manager to embed and deliver the benefits of WCL Sustainability change, including communications, behaviour, embedding and learning. Change Adoption Analyst will support with the planning and deployment of change on priority programmes within WCL Sustainability in line with global and local strategic plans, resulting in higher adoption, increased proficiency and minimised resistance.


What you’ll do

  • Development of long and short term plans for execution and embedding of change outcomes.
  • Planning and deployment of change on priority programmes within WCL Sustainability, in line with HSBC global and local strategic plans.
  • Change & implementation approach to stakeholder plans, change impact and audience assessments, business readiness, value mapping, and approach to tracking, demonstrating, and embedding of change outcomes and benefits.
  • Management and coordination of the change roadmap.
  • Collaboration with delivery teams.


What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Understanding of Credit & Lending domain processes knowledge through products, systems and processes.
  • Strong experience in training, planning and execution, design and delivery.
  • Good knowledge of change management and implementation methodology in transformation.
  • Experience in defining an engagement, communication & product adoption strategy.
  • Proven track record of being involved with large / complex change e2e, including identifying and management of associated impacts to people and the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
  • Agile project management methodology would be an asset.
  • Industry recognized certifications in Business Analysis/Product/Project Management would be an asset.
