GTRF Sustainability Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work across various initiatives to support our clients transition towards Net Zero and ensure compliance with Sustainability policy. This role will ensure that Sustainable Lending solutions as designed and developed are fit for use across GTRF lending products.

What you’ll do

• Documentation of Business processes, comprehensive analysis of the process, problem-solving, gathering development and design requirements.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Clear and concise requirements clarification.
• Collaboration with delivery partners, Subject Matter Experts, technical and testing teams.
• Participation in POD ceremonies and SME inputs, status updates and comments on other team members output.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Understanding of GTRF Lending domain processes knowledge.
• Strong experience in delivering change, requirements analysis & UAT.
• Designing and implementing new processes including risk identification and control design and implementation.
• Experience in Target Operating Model analysis and design.
• Ability to take ownership of the deliverables and achieve desired outcome within agreed timescales.
• Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
• Tooling skills, including MS Office as well as JIRA and Confluence.
• Industry recognized certifications in Business Analysis/Product/Project Management would be an asset.
