Challenge yourself!



  • Build a relationship with potential clients (CTOs, IT Directors, PMs, POs, etc.) through different channels of digital communication (email, LinkedIn, etc., video calls)
  • Take care of inbound leads and outbound activities (70%/30%)
  • Acquire potential customers and bring them through the sales cycle independently
  • Explore and implement new ways to attract potential customers and business partners
  • Prepare contracts and offers for potential clients based on our business vision, technical standards and human relations skills
  • Develop sales strategies and work on achieving the KPI
  • Conscientiously manage qualified leads database in the CRM due to the predefined process
  • Participate at international trade fairs (outbound research before the event, establishing business relations before the event and on-site, warm-up contacts after the event)


Must have:


  • Min. 1 year of experience at a software consulting/software house company/software provider company as BDS, SDR
  • Proven track record in B2B outbound
  • Proven results of closed, sales deals (moving a lead through the whole sales funnel)
  • Proven experience as an independent salesman in foreign markets
  • Independence in carrying the lead through the entire sales funnel
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (≥ C1 or native-level preferred)
  • Familiarity with professional tools like CRM (f.ex. HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other tools to automate sales processes
  • Experience in dealing with clients/discussions


Nice to have:


  • Passion for technology, IT, and software development
  • A proven network of business relationships formed with decision makers in markets such as the US, UK, DACH, Scandinavia, GCC, or other countries from Western Europe
  • Competence and experience in conducting workshops
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and detailed terms of cooperation
