Junior Financial Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Specialist​ who will work under the supervision of the CFO as a member of a Finance Team and a part of an international organization. A finance or accounting background will be necessary in order to understand and effectively support the Finance Department.

• developing and utilizing spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications
• assisting in forecasting and budgeting
• collecting, understanding, processing, verifying and reporting accounting related-information
• assisting with the preparation of monthly and weekly financial reports
• managing specialized information for business units managing account payables and receivables activities
• entering information into the financial accounting system
• Vendor’s settlements
• Customer billing
• collaborating with various internal teams to provide transparent and quality services to our clients

We are looking for a Financial Specialist who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in finance/accounting
• is capable of understanding the nature of financial records and organizing them in a logical manner
• is adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
• responds quickly to situational needs as they arise
• is able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
• has good organizational skills and demonstrates an ability to multitask
• has knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment
• currently enrolled in BS or MS degree program in the related field
• has flawless English (spoken & written)
