About us

For 12 years Inteca has gained experience in implementing projects for large companies in Poland, mainly in the finance, banking and service sectors. We provide consulting services in the area of implementation and integration of IT systems, enterprise architecture, business process automation, API Management and enterprise applications. Our custom development services are complemented by IT Architecture consulting. Working with clients, we focus on optimizing IT investment, their correlation with the business objectives of the enterprise, and planning and building effective business and IT Architecture.


We are a team of consultants and software engineers with extensive experience in implementing projects using Agile methodology. We support the software development process with our proprietary Model Driven Engineering approach – developed over the years of our work. We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for:

  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
  • Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting.
  • Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes and preparing sales budget.
  • Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.
  • Collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing and HR.


We’re looking for a person who has:

  • Experience with sales of IT services for at least 4 years.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in sales and managing sales forecasts.
  • Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence high-level multinational executives and team members.
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English.
