We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our brilliant Growth team.



intent has over 10+ years of experience in helping to conceptualize, design, and build apps for IoT and connected devices. We're a software house that acts as a specialized think partner for products at the intersection of physical and digital (like wearables and IoT) - from net-new to products looking to enter a competitive and established niche. Some of our clients include Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh audio systems.



💎 Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Sales Professional/Account Manager, excellent English skills

💰 Salary: 11-20K on B2B with uncapped commission + up to 26 paid holidays.

  • Are a top achiever in a custom software development company. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals in the tech industry who consistently crash their quotas.
  • Growing scale-up and enterprise accounts is your superpower. It’s more of a farmer role where your main responsibility will be maximizing revenue from existing clients.
  • Speak excellent English. You will work in international environment, mostly with US-based clients (Polish not required)
  • Are passionate about technology and business. You love technology and you understand its impact on the business level. It’s a consultative role and you need to be both tech-savvy and business-savvy to succeed.
  • Team player. You will work closely with our Project Managers and Growth team on a daily basis. We will guide you step by step and help you develop outreach activities.
  • You’re a pirate. You didn’t join the navy and you don’t copy what others do. You’re a keen observer who comes up with original ideas.
  • Play nice but win. You hate losing, but always play nice.
  • You like traveling and can do that. We believe in face-to-face meetings and visit our prospects and clients frequently.
  • Want to join a successful company with amazing projects for top global brands.
  • You can create opportunities. Instead of waiting for the client to tell you what they need, you understand the project, anticipate their needs, pitch them ideas, and then make it easy for them to buy from you.




Recruitment process:


  1. A screening call with an HR person (45 mins).
  2. A technical interview with Wojtek, Head of Growth (45 mins).
  3. Task.
  4. Final interview with the whole Growth Team (30 mins).
  5. Decision and feedback.
