Recruiter with English and Spanish / German

Job description:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Recruiters to join our team who are fluent in English and a second language - Spanish or German. The person in this position will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruitment processes for various positions within the company.
• Creating and publishing job advertisements.
• Actively seeking candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conducting interviews in English and Spanish/German.
• Coordinating and working with department managers to establish position requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and report on the progress of recruitment processes.
• Maintaining positive relationships with candidates and building a database of potential employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or German.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
