and services.

We are searching for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team who thrives in a collaborative environment and shares our commitment to providing

valuable risk management, governance, and control insights to our business partners.

Responsibilities:

🔧Lead engagements (audits, reviews, consulting activities) from the planning phase through reporting and monitoring of the implementation of corrective actions.

🔧Perform risk assessment for audit areas and effectively communicate and elevate concerns to management.

🔧Contribute to Internal Audit team initiatives and transformation activities.

🔧 Participate, as needed, in audits, investigations, and Sarbanes-Oxley testing to help fulfil the responsibilities of the Internal Audit team.

🔧Little to no travel initially with the likelihood for some travel in the future (as required by the engagement). Travel expected to be less than 10%.

Here's What You'll Need:

Required Qualifications:

•2+ years of experience in internal audit preferred.

•Language Skills - Written and verbal fluency in English.

•Internal Audit Methodology – Strong practical knowledge of internal audit principles, practices and procedures. Including a demonstrated knowledge of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF). Ideally recognised through formal training - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) or other appropriate professional membership.

•Technical Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business or another relevant field and / professional qualification e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA.

Ability to balances competing requests and interests of multiple stakeholders including business management, executives, Board members, and our external auditor.

✅Business Acumen - Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people and quality of service. Ability to achieve results by taking a proactive view of business goals and objectives. Ability to exercise objective judgement.

✅Develop Relationships - Experience working collaboratively with others, across businesses, functions, geographic locations, reporting lines, and cultures in a large matrixed, international company or public sector agency.

✅Communications - Communicates effectively in English, both written and verbal formats with the ability to tailor messaging appropriately for different audiences. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

✅IT Systems Understanding - Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Internal Audit Software (eg Audit Board); Data Analytics (Power BI, or equivalent software); Accounting Systems (Oracle) and other technical tools.
