Marketing Content Specialist

Join UP! is an international tour operator 🌍, which was founded in 2010. We work in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Content Specialist in Warsaw 📍

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Manage the entire content creation process, including planning, coordinating the content creation team, editing, and publishing materials 📝.
• Execute content strategies developed by the Marketing Manager Poland 🎯.
• Maintain and update the content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager Poland 📅.
• Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, internal/external documents, inbound and outbound marketing, articles, hotel descriptions, and newsletters 🖥️📚.
• Create, edit, and proofread creative content such as slogans ✒️.
• Use AI tools for text translation and proofreading 🤖.
• Optimize website content for local SEO and adapt global content for the Polish market (also welcome UX & UI knowledge) 🔍.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations and company policies ✅.
• Collaborate with PR, Sales, Product, and Legal departments 🤝.

Professional experience and skills:

• Experience in a similar position 💼.
• Native Polish language, Intermediate or above English skills 🇵🇱🇬🇧.
• HTML/CSS Basics (is welcomed) 💻.
• Basic knowledge of SEO / Text software (example: ahrefs) 🔧.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️.
• Creativity, own view, in a constant search for discoveries 🌟.
