We've been continuously growing over the last decade, focusing on customer satisfaction, technology, and introducing new services. Our team now consists of 150+ people spread across six continents.


Our marketing team is currently undergoing a transformation to help the company achieve new growth milestones. We want to refresh our brand, narrow down our voice, and run cutting-edge campaigns across multiple channels. As our Social Media Manager, you are the personality of Joorney and you'll be the voice of our mission: empowering international entrepreneurs and professionals. You'll represent our brand and all employees on our social media platforms, creating relationships and contributing to our growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and ensuring our employees are actively involved in our social media efforts.


What you will do:


  • Build and execute a social media strategy, including content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Create engaging and valuable content that aligns with our mission and vision.
  • Lead the way in bringing a human and authentic voice and approach to the legal industry
  • Build meaningful connections with our audience and encourage community members to engage.
  • Focus on engagement and value when creating and improving social media content
  • Collaborate with other departments to create content related to the industry, company achievements, employee stories, and our partners.
  • Research relevant and trending content from external sources to share with our audience.
  • Encourage and educate team members on the importance of social media participation and help them when needed.
  • Work with the performance marketing manager on paid campaigns across social media and promoting cornerstone content
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to deliver great visuals.
  • Create partnerships and collaborations with influencers and industry thought leaders to extend our reach.
  • Continuously improve social media content using data, metrics, and best practices.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media and industry trends to identify opportunities


What you have:


  • Proven working experience in social media marketing, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. Reddit is a plus.
  • Native or fluent writing in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Copywriting skills for crafting captivating captions.
  • Bursting with creativity and an ability to get inspired quickly and turn ideas into valuable content.
  • Have an understanding of our target audience to create compelling content.
  • Proactive attitude and being able to extract ideas and content from team members
  • Ability to leverage ongoing initiatives across the company to produce valuable and engaging content
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and factual accuracy.
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Partial availability during EST hours for communication with other team members.
