Customer Service Export Specialist – Petfood

Your tasks:

💻 You are the contact person for our importers and provide advice, by telephone or digitally, on all questions relating to the order-to-cash process, primarily in English.

🌍 You use your practical customs experience - in particular with foreign countries, handling customs declarations, etc.

🚚 You are responsible for order processing for our importers, including the preparation of quotations, the organization and coordination of transports, and the handling of actions and complaints.

✈️ You independently prepare the required shipping and export documents: this includes, among other things, the preparation of veterinary certificates, the verification of preferences, and the customs export declaration.

📊 You act as an interface to other internal areas of the food family (e.g. sales management, key account managers, production planning, logistics) and thus ensure optimal handling in the overall process.

🚀 You actively participate in exciting projects of your team.

😎 Expectations:

• You have already gained several years of experience in the commercial field and sales-oriented work gives you great pleasure.
• You have a sound basic knowledge of export and customs.
• Preferably you have completed training or further training as a customs specialist in customs - commercial law.
• You are characterized by your communication skills and fluency in English.
• You enjoy optimizing existing processes and creating new ones.
• A strong sense of service, as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working, are a matter of course for you.
• In addition to your good organizational skills, your strengths and abilities include your ability to work in a team, your outgoing nature, and your ability to work under pressure.
• You are open to visiting Germany (Kleinheubach) on a quarterly basis.
• Knowing SAP-SD – nice to have.
• CV in English
