Your responsibilities
Objective of the position:
- Analyses of part failures – form, fit and function – and defining of actions to solve the problems – in implementation phase and series during series production
- Supporting the production line in all design and process development issues.
- Supporting the development team during industrialisation new products
- Realization of Joysonquin specific product requirements to reach the required quality.
Individual tasks:
- Contact person to the development team in Germany.
- Close link and connection to all members of technical department.
- Responsible for the matching process - Analysis of assembly issues at the production line. Defining activities to solve the problem internal and with suppliers --> Part optimizing – fit and function
- Support and definition of SC (significant) and CC (critical) characteristics from production prospective
- Part preparation for assembly trials. Insure the right contend and revision of assembly corresponding to part history. Supervising the introduction of production changes and recording them in the product biography (keeping part history)
- Support of change management
- Communication of engineering and design requirements across the development team.
- Support of supplier- management (change and optimisation of buy parts)
- Additional duty’s that might be defined from upper management
Our requirements
Education:
- Mechanical engineer, CAD Designer, Design engineer, plastics engineering
Work experience:
- Injection molding technology; pre- forming technology;
- CAD System CATIA V5 or Unigraphics, experience in engineering of plastic parts, project management skills
- prefered automotive industry
Professional knowledge and skills :
- development of plastic parts,
Language:
- English - fluent
- German: nice to have
General knowledge:
- Advanced MS Office skills
