🚀 Background:


Our Company is a fast-growing nationwide operator of premium kindergartens located in major Polish cities.


Company have developed significantly and still has ambitious growth plans for the next years with the focus on building a best brand in the education industry and provider of choice for parents who seek exceptional service.


We are looking for an skillful and energetic manager who will drive the company’s growth with the team.


💥 Targets:


  • Ensure the Company is the best perceived and most sought for preschools network in Poland
  • Drive the Company’s continued successful development via:

-new sales & marketing initiatives ensuring full occupancy in our current operated kindergartens

-quick and successful recruitment of kids in new kindergartens, also in new cities

-building up the value of the service while increasing customers satisfaction

  • Ensure building up the marketing capabilities – especially in the digital space - with internal team and external providers, new tools and initiatives
  • Proactively look for future growth possibilities as both new lines of business as well as increase of revenue per kid


🕵️‍♀️ Profile – professional background:


  • Marketing Director/ Sales & Marketing Director/ Digital Marketing Director (cross functional experience is an asset)
  • Experience in growth companies; building teams and processes to support the growth (experience in growth of network would be a plus) -> digital marketing enthusiast focused not only on performance but also experience and brand building
  • B2C experience (service sectors and/or retail preferred) and customer focused (service & high quality) - > preferably premium and/or lifestyle product
  • Focused on processes while not losing sight of people -> ability to sell also to internal clients

✍️ Responsibilities:


  • Assume leadership of the commercial activity of the company with the focus on enrollment of kids, strengthening customers satisfaction and brand awareness
  • Manage, develop and grow small marketing and customer service team
  • Manage external contractors and agencies to generate value for the organization
  • Lead initiatives building up the value of our services as well as potential development of our offering
  • Drive B2B partnerships
  • Be internal expert for all initiatives requiring external and internal communication
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures as well as driving projects
  • As part of the senior management team, set the strategic targets and priorities
  • Reporting to the CEO
