Logistics Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Booking and organizing transport via system
• Preparing and monitoring loads plan and anticipate risks with capacity
• Daily cooperation with planning teams, warehouses, customs brokers
• Daily cooperation with carriers and transports executions
• Production plan tracking and loads plan adjustment
• Preparing and processing documents required for customs and shipment
• Coordinating with other department to ensure documentations is completed properly
• Monitoring and checking transport invoices
• Transport cost controlling
• Drive continues improvement initiatives

Our requirements

• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP, OTM or other similar systems
• Fuency in English
• Problem solving and analytical skills
