We are looking for an entrepreneurial & senior Marketer with a strong Brand Management, Digital, and Retail expertise that will lead the Maybelline New York Brand, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of brilliant minds to bring beauty innovation across channels.
⭐You will:
- Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal, and animation of core catalogue).
- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs.
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
- Manage the budget (sales forecast, price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.).
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales).
- Mobilize other departments (Category Development, Commercial Teams, Supply chain, Financial Controlling, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy and execution plans.
- Lead Advocacy & Media plans.
- Influence market research plans.
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings.
- Spot, coach, and develop talent. Foster empowerment by putting more emphasis on cooperation and employee satisfaction.
- Innovate and unleash value from within.
- Report to the Brand Business Director of the American Brands.
⭐You have:
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management.
- Sales / Digital / E-com / Advocacy experience will be considered a plus.
- Experience as a people manager.
- A master’s degree in business management will be considered a plus.
- Proficient English and Polish communication skills (written & verbal).
