That’s why each month (during working hours) you can spend 16 hours participating in the training you choose (and we’ll even finance it for you – just choose a course that will help you grow in your role).

Job description


Laurens Coster has been on the market for 10 years. We have been expanding slowly throughout this time and now we’ve decided to accelerate to answer market needs. That is why we’re looking for a New Business Manager who will take care of the process of growth from the stage of market research, finding new opportunities, changing them into new customers.

You will be working closely with the board to offer ideas and proactively show initiative considering best sales practices.

You will be responsible for sales process development, building personalised offers, actively generating sales and building (or maintaining) relationships with our customers and the team. As we are not well experienced in sales, we give you the opportunity to develop your own style of reaching out with clients.


Please note that there is no commission associated your performance on this position


Here are some things to expect in your day-to-day:


  • actively generating B2B sales through online and offline activities 📈
  • lead generation B2B
  • offer creation and presentation (content & budget)
  • building relations with partners, customers and the team
  • developing and upgrading sales processes 💻


What are we looking for?

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and business field
  • experience with B2B international sales
  • good understanding of technologies
  • strategic thinker and planner
  • excellent business communication skills in Polish and English
  • trustworthiness, integrity and proactivity
  • English level: C1
