Opis stanowiska
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing a local team of C&B officers
- Compensation and Benefits operations for all the Business Units in Poland
- Benefits & Pension management; Bonus calculations; Budget reviews
- Project management and execution
- Long-term and short-term incentives plans; Shaping R&R policies
- Streamlining the HR processes; Market review and solution design
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish and English (min. B2)
- Several years of experience in HR roles in an international environment
- High level of energy, bold attitude with an eye for improvement
- Strong planning and organization skills, high level of accuracy
- Strong process-thinking capabilities
- A true team player with strong stakeholder management skills
