Digital Team Leader

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers (up to 10 FTE) including hiring, onboarding, coaching, providing continuous feedback, and ensuring your team is motivated and productive;
• Collaborate closely with the client and work directly with local clients to identify business needs and gaps and support operations as necessary;
• Own data by having a good understanding of various metrics and be able to pull or prepare reports and present them to both leadership and clients;
• Run or support the implementation of bigger scale projects;
• Other duties as assigned

Our requirements

• Very good written and verbal English (B2+);
• Great organizational and project and time management skills;
• Technical acumen - your team works on a plethora of tools that you will need to master;
• Great interpersonal skills - you will be interacting with individuals of various seniority levels, on a daily basis;
• Previous experience as a people manager is a must;
• English version of CV required.
