Specjalista ds. zamówień z j. włoskim

Responsibilities:

• The daily execution of customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal
• Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
• Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants located in Europe
• Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
• Claim management including returns from EMEA locations
• Management of invoices and credit/debit notes;
• Price maintenance
• Bonus & commission calculations
• Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
• Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Italian(C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Good knowledge of Polish
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / Stock Replenishment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Team work and problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
