FP&A Analyst
- Job location: Łubowo/ Fałkowo (Gniezno area)
- Flexible hybrid work model
As a FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the data analysis and financial planning processes for various company departments, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial business analysis, reports, data analysis developing recommendations and solutions for the business
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for EMEA region
- Preparation of presentations which provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
- Presenting all data including monthly financial reports to Managers
- Preparation of analysis - Sales, Order Intakes, COGS, SG&A, Capex etc.
- Calculating budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Establishing local metrics to measure operational performance
- Supporting local accounting with calculations.
- Playing role as a business partner for various company departments
- Close cooperation with management, accounting team and other teams across EMEA region
Requirements:
- About 3 years of relevant experience from FP&A field in controlling, forecasting , planning and financial management (experience from manufacturing company would be an asset)
- Ability to deal with large data sets, demonstrating ability to translate insights into strategies
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- German language skills – would be an asset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI, Hyperion, OneStream- would be an asset
- Degree in finance, accounting or related fields – would be an asset
- Strong analytical, data reporting and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good work organization, own initiative and proactivity
- Willingness to work in really international , global environment
- Availability and flexibility for business trips (mostly Germany)
