Junior Coordinator with German (On-site/Hybrid in Wrocław)

Your role and main tasks

• Being involved in the daily control of our external warehouse and the whole carrier supply chain in outbound section – no parcel will leave our warehouse without your coordination.
• Clarifying of delays and complains in the areas of outbound and last mile shipping are also part of your daily tasks.
• Processing clearing and reclamation cases from the sections outbound and returns.
• Being responsible for cooperation with the internal (global) department customer service and external with the carriers on logistics issues – you are a logistic services specialist,
• Analyzing existing processes and optimize the supply chain with total focus on our end consumer.
• Invoicing and controlling of the carrier costs/credit notes are also one of your tasks.
• Organizing additional shipments and transports in B2C and B2B segment completes your field of responsibility.

You will need

• Very good command of German (B2/C1), both written and spoken, English is a plus
• Ideally, first professional experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain management, or warehousing.
• Strong numerical skills – comfortable with mental arithmetic.
• A genuine interest in e-commerce – online shopping is more than just a website to you.
• Willingness to share ideas and collaborate with colleagues across departments, with an openness to tasks beyond logistics.
• We require availability for full-time on-site work at our office in Wroclaw for the first 3 months. After this period, 2-3 days per week of in-office presence will be required.
