Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (fully remote possible)

Location: hybrid work, office - Wroclaw, remote

Your role and main tasks

The goal of the Position: Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Daily tasks of the position:

• answering mainly telephone inquiries from our German customers, occasionally also from Polish customers,
• direct cooperation with our payment and claims team to find the best solutions for customers, support for back-office tasks (return settlement), ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative standards of tasks performed are maintained.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must 
• Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector)

Personal requirements for the candidate:

• Willingness and passion for working with customers
• Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis
• Positive attitude towards the world and people
• Independence in solving queries 
• Team-oriented approach
• Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends
