Position: (Junior) Customer Service Specialist with German for Emails (fully remote possible)

Location: hybrid work, office - Wroclaw, remote

Your role and main tasks


Customer Interaction via Email Only

Goal of the Position:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.


Daily Tasks of the Position:

  • Answer customer inquiries by email
  • Process claims and payments
  • Contact partners


You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

  • Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must 
  • Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector)


Personal requirements for the candidate:

  • Willingness and passion for working with customers
  • Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis
  • Positive attitude towards the world and people
  • Independence in solving queries 
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends
