Your Responsibilities:

• Effectively evaluate the performance of the Store Manager by utilizing available reports and establish clear objectives to align with Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication through morning calls, written action plans, internal system notices, and one-on-one meetings, aiming to coach and develop the Team.
• Recruit passionate and customer-focused Teams for future development, ensuring succession planning.
• Reduce unnecessary costs through effective rostering.
• Focus on minimizing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Teams adhere to the Lovisa Security Manual and follow Loss Prevention best practices.
• Ensure punctuality and accuracy in all Payroll requests for New Starters, changes to employment details, and vacancy updates within set timeframes.
• Ensure holiday requests meet blackout period criteria and do not impact the company's operational needs.

Our Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the retail or FMCG sector.
• Flexibility to travel across Poland (mainly in the north) and/or internationally based on business needs.
• Fluency in Polish and English is a MUST.
• Proven ability in multi-site management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can-do attitude.
• Analytical skills.
