Responsibilities:


  • Propel MADIFF's growth in Warsaw, working closely with the CEO.
  • Lead sales efforts and sell It services, focusing on IT staff augmentation, project and Time& Material assignments, IT team leasing.
  • Build and drive IT consulting business growth.
  • Manage your own Junior business Managers
  • Understand client needs, offering tailored tech services.
  • Support IT consultants and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement a business strategy aimed at growth and profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver Time and Material services and IT team leasing, ensuring timely and efficient assignment fulfilment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Solid background in selling IT consultancy within Poland and outside
  • 3+ years of sales experience in especially in IT staff augmentation, Time& Material assignments, IT team leasing
  • Experience building business units (staff augmentation model , Team leasing model) in IT consulting for large corporates or scale-ups.
  • Passionate about IT recruitment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and commercial success.
