Influencer Marketing Manager

Mate academy is an EdTech startup and we’re searching for the first Social Media Manager in Poland.

You’ll be the one who helps thousands of people to learn and get their first job in IT. Students train for free until they get a job in tech. Then they pay a percentage from their salary (Income sharing agreement model). More than 2000 of our graduates are already placed with a 90% success rate🤘

🔷We’re looking for:

🔹 At least one year of experience,

🔹 Upper intermediate or higher English proficiency,

🔹 Strong copywriting skills in Polish and English,

🔹 Basic understanding of marketing and social media promotion,

🔹 The ability to set clear design tasks for designers and monitor their execution,

🔹Ability to build successful partnerships with media influencers;

🔹Ability to build successful partnerships with media influencers in Poland

🔹 Experience with analytics and a basic understanding of key metrics,

🔹 Basic proficiency in graphic editors such as Figma/Canva,

🔹 Creativity and proactivity,

🔹 Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Your tasks will include:

• Work with influencers and opinion leaders to promote Mate academy;
• Handling partnership-related bills, invoices, and payments.

🔹 Experience in creating photo and video content for social media, as well as an understanding of influencer marketing and PR basics, would be a plus.

🔶Your daily adventures will include:

🔸 Implementing and adjusting the SMM strategy as needed,

🔸 Creating a content plan for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn,

🔸 Writing technical tasks for designers to create social media and advertising creatives,

🔸 Writing posts, posting, highlighting company activities, and interacting with the audience

on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn,

🔸 Regular analysis of key metrics, launching advertising campaigns together with a PPC

specialist,

🔸 Monitoring and analyzing competitors,

🔸 Creating video and photo content for social media,

🔸 Regularly testing new sections and formats.
