Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role you will be performing daily accounting duties and month-end reporting referring to GL and FA related transactions of various reporting units in General Ledger team.

Your tasks:

• Performing daily accounting duties referring to GL and FA related transactions of various reporting units.
• Managing accounting master data (company code level).
• Executing financial data collection and analysis to ensure ledger accuracy and integrity with other systems and data interfaces, in compliance with the Controller’s manual and with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Researching, tracking and resolving accounting problems reported by business units.
• Posting all relevant accounting transactions and reviewing of month end close including balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation & resolution.
• Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual Group reports.
• Coordinating the resolution of any intercompany reconciliation issues with impacted business units.
• Interacting with internal and external auditors and supports quarter end, interim and year-end audits.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting area (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset),
• Fluent English (both spoken and written for everyday work),
• Work experience with ERP system (SAP is preferred),
• High level of numerical and analytical skills,
• Ability to take decisions based on independent judgements on non-standard cases,
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines,
• Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders,
• Attention to details.
• Knowledge of other European language will be an extra asset.
