Sales Administration Specialist with German

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join METTLER TOLEDO and contribute to an efficient order to cash process with many different customers and various different departments. 

As a Sales Administration Specialist you will receive purchase orders directly from the end customer, enter these into SAP and sort out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products. In addition, you will deliver customer services to Mettler-Toledo end customers via email.

Key task and responsibilities:

•  Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way 
•  Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP
•  Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally 
•  Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement project

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer service/administration,
• Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2),
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
• Very good MS Office skills,
• Strong attention to details,
• Strong customer orientation skills,
• Good understanding of complex business processes.
