🤓Social Media Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn)

📍Work model: In-office, Hybrid, Remote


We are looking for a creative and competent person to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist to expand our presence on LinkedIn in France and Germany.


If you join us, you will be responsible for developing our marketing strategy, developing and managing content, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of your actions.


Requirements:


  • Experience in managing and developing communities connected with company profiles on LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of marketing tools and strategies on LinkedIn (LinkedIn Analytics, Communication Automation tools).
  • Ability to analyse data and monitor the outcomes of advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent ability to develop and edit content in English and French or German.
  • Ability to manage relationships, foster interactions and maintain communication with the readers.
  • Experience in building relationships and fostering sales on LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge and use of tools to generate and measure results.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions from data and translate them into concrete initiatives.
  • Openness to learning and testing new solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy on LinkedIn.
  • Managing company profiles on Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Developing, publishing and managing content on the platform.
  • Adapting to a changing environment and implementing new activities.
  • Managing campaigns – planning and deploying LinkedIn campaigns to increase traffic and brand visibility.
  • Working with creative, sales and acquisition departments on an ongoing basis to plan and coordinate content to support sales of the company's products and services.
  • Fostering an developing relationships with customers and business partners based on community building.
  • Developing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing activities.
  • Building and fostering relationships with MIA employees.
