Our Client is an international, production, dynamic company. We are looking for candidates who are interested in the position of E-commerce Sales Specialist with German for their Shared Service Center located in Katowice.

Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Ecommerce sales strategy tailored to the European market, with a specific focus on Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, attractive product listings, and efficient order processing.
• Leverage various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to expand our product reach and increase sales channels in the European regions.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and analytical insights to monitor website performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns that align with local market trends and customer preferences.
• Implement customer-focused strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience of min. 2 years in managing E-commerce sales, with a significant focus on sales via E-Commerce platforms in European markets.
• Good level of English, German and Polish (Dutch would be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Shopify and experience with various online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies.
