Our Client is a leading developer and investor in the commercial real estate sector. We are seeking a Junior Investment Analyst who will work with the team on financial modeling and project analysis.

Job Description

• Conducting market research on development and investment funds
• Creating and presenting ad-hoc analyses related to specific companies
• Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities
• Analyzing projects and compiling results into reports and presentations
• Working closely with other analysts and investment managers/directors
• Reporting financial and operational results in cooperation with Asset Management
• Participating in the financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting)
• Analyzing monthly results in relation to budget and plans
• Collaborating with external consulting firms and partners

The Successful Applicant

• At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment or consulting
• Solid knowledge of debt and equity modeling
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling
• Strategic mindset
• Proficiency in delivering presentations
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to deadlines
