About Our Client

Our client is an international, well known company on the life science market. this position is dedicated to brand whish has established position and a great opinion


Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans regarding to business goals
  • Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Work closely with the EMEA marketing team
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate participation in industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility, scientific exposure, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders such as professional education, therapy awareness and training team to ensure alignment on strategies and support on execution
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for market expansion and product innovation


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role
  • Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is a must
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential
  • Experience utilizing data to define digital strategy
  • Fluency in Polish and English
