Job Description
- Develop detailed integration plans, outlining the steps and timeline for post-merger integration across all business functions (e.g., finance, operations, HR, IT, sales).
- Identify key areas for synergy realization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation during the integration process.
- Work with the leadership team to ensure alignment of integration goals with overall business strategy
- Lead the end-to-end integration process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for all integration activities.
- Ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the financial targets set during the deal.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring collaboration across departments.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project management, corporate strategy, or integration management.
- Proven experience managing integration projects, preferably in a corporate setting or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
- Experience working across multiple functions (finance, HR, IT, operations) and industries during M&A transactions.
