Job Description
- Acquisition of new clients and business partners within designated territory
- Sharing knowledge showing the added value of the solutions offered & creating the company credibility
- Building strong client relationships & earning the client's trust to grow the business
- Developing new sales both new business & existing accounts
- Managing product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Providing market feedback on the competitive environment, customer trends and needs
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience with proven results in B2B sales
- Commercial experience in the shoe and leather industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Polish industrial envoirment/production plants
- English - min. B2 (international team)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- MS Office
- Excellent communications & negotiation skills, confident appearance
- Willingness to travel on business
