Job Description

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
• Lead the financial budgeting process and provide real-time forecasting.
• Deliver accurate management reports with detailed variance analysis to monitor business performance and areas for improvement.
• Finance Business Partnering
• Partner with business leaders, offering financial insights to support key decisions.
• Analyze and challenge revenue and cost assumptions to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
• Commercial Finance & Business Development
• Support business growth with financial modeling, pricing, and commercial analysis for new accounts.
• Advise on financial aspects of opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide actionable financial analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working in global companies.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to connect financial data with business strategy and provide relevant insights.
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and drive changes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
