Competencies

🔶2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects

🔶English level at least C1

🔶Strong proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques and documentation

🔶Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

🔶Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

🔶Knowledge of industry-standard tools for requirements management

Nice to have

🔶Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent)

🔶Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

🔶Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, IT, or engineering

🔶Knowledge of building Business Applications, ERPs, and Supply Chain systems
