Mitgo Group is a parent (managing) company for partner marketing and advertising solutions, founded in 2022 to manage global operations for the partnership marketing network Admitad (est. 2010), native-advertising network Takeads, mobile apps services Mobmio, referral advertising solutions Tapfiliate, voucher-based solutions for premium media FairSavings and cashback service platform CheckRewards. One of the main Mitgo business is the Admitad.


Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in the international market.


What will you do:


-Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in the Polish market for the SaaS affiliate marketing company;

-Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the affiliate marketing space and establishing strong business relationships with them;

-Leading and managing a sales team, as well as providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets;

-Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation;

-Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the Polish market;

-Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;

-Negotiating and closing deals with clients, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;

-Monitoringsales performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed;

-Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities;

-Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations;

-Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the company's offerings;

-Staying informed about the company's products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients;

-Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Requirements:


-Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken);

-A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or affiliate marketing industry;

-A strong understanding of the Polish market and its dynamics;

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

-The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;

-Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a sales team;

-Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry;

-Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies;

-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;

-A results-driven and target-oriented mindset;

-Analytical and problem-solving skills;

-The ability to work independently and take initiative;

-The willingness to travel within Poland for client meetings and industry events, as required;

-A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
