You are an experienced pre-sales engineer who enjoys working with large enterprise clients. You have passion for data, ML and tech in general. You embrace the challenges that come with a growing startup and appreciate the fun that accompanies it. You are driven, hard working and eager to support demanding customers. Ride the AI wave
- Be the trusted technical partner during the entire sales process
- Work with Account Executives and Engineering Teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to prospects and customers
- Present our solution to client tech teams
- Manage POC processes from the technical side
- Pre-process data and pipe data into the MOSTLY AI Synthetic Data Platform
- Post-process data and perform analyses
- Discover insights, draft reports and summarize findings
- Present results to clients and stakeholders
- Develop and document best practices and share these internally
- Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospects and partner sites
- Embrace the post-sales process to ensure successful onboarding of customers
- Partner with Account Executives to create upsell opportunities
Bring your A-game
- 3+ years experience in a comparable role
- (BA/BS) in Computer Science or equivalent four-year college technical degree
- A solid data science skillset (Pandas, R, etc.);
- Experience with Deep Learning and with Tensorflow is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity to dig into data and find insights
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to manage customer relationships and expectations
- Project management certification (e.g. IPMA) is a plus
- Strong prospecting and networking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel
- Must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment
