💡 Job Description

Join the world’s largest provider of Radio and Video Solutions to First Responders. This person will be comfortable working at the executive level and collaborating across diverse business disciplines.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership, working closely with Product Management, Product Design, Technical and Business Development to achieve results.
• Manage complex, strategic sourcing projects.
• Manage overall Supplier relationships including reviews with focus on performance, quality, and cost improvements
• Structure commercial negotiations, agreements, SLA's, and total cost of ownership in ways that optimize capital expenditures, operating expenses, and risk management ensuring alignment with their business strategies for revenue growth, margin goals, and customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for inventing and implementing operations and supply process improvements, automation, and best practices to support growth and scale with Global reach.
• Be responsible for interfacing with Supply Chain and improving decisions regarding forecasting, sourcing, compliance, quality, and contracting.
• Monitor current commodity market conditions to identify potential supply challenges and develop a supply continuity plan.

📌 Skills:



• Proven managerial and negotiation skills.
• Leading complex end to end Request for Proposal process. s.
• Strong spreadsheet skills including pivot tables

💻 Basic Requirements:

• Project Management or Technical experience in Repair Services and Operations
• Excellent contract negotiations skills and understanding of key commercial terms and conditions relative to Repair Operations
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at various levels of management including internal and external Executive levels.
• Professional Experience managing complex strategic sourcing projects
