As Head of Sales you will be responsible for global sales of Shen.AI (B2B). Your role will cover architecting a sales strategy and building a sales team. You should have strong hands-on sales and negotiation skills, be excited about selling into new markets, finding new sales opportunities and winning the market.
Accountabilities:
- Development strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Evangelize the product and personally close the largest deals.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities.
- Preparation of forecasts and KPI reporting.
- Establishing the customer requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
- Building and overseeing a sales team.
- Working closely with Shen.AI Product Manager, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Requirements:
- 7 years of relevant sales experience in insurance and SaaS.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in selling SaaS software.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
