ABOUT THAT POSITION:

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist for the Samelane - SaaS product created by NeuroSYS - an advanced Learning & Development platform for businesses. Our platform is already adopted and highly ranked by enterprise clients from the USA and EU (including a Fortune 100 company). You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of a business development strategy to expand our product internationally and grow our partner network. What is more, in the future you can build your own Sales Team.

We are looking for someone who knows IT industry or who was selling SAAS products/ digital services.


YOUR ROLE:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our product’s customer base and generate leads using various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, e-mail, or automation tools)
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Continuous research of the business environment, target personas and identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers
  • Create, plan and deliver presentations on company products in cooperation with the marketing team
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Monitor and stay up to date with key industry trends and competitive insights
  • Cooperate with other departments to optimize the sales effort


MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in foreign IT sales, preferably worldwide, with a track record of success
  • Extensive experience in conducting sales processes end-to-end (from prospecting and lead generation to signing a contract)
  • Ability to build strong client relationships to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM and other sale’s tools
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
  • Result-oriented mindset, great work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in gaining and working with customers outside of Europe
  • Experience in selling SaaS product(s)
  • Experience in building sale’s pipelines
  • Interest in creating and developing a team and growing in the management area
