General Description:
As an Inventory Management Student Assistant we expect a skilled and service minded professional, capable of supporting the onshore Inventory Management Team.
You will be supporting various activities close cooperation with our offshore rigs, onshore warehouses and HQ inventory team. You will be a user in our ERP system and assist requesters with process compliance and system understanding.
You will also assist our Inventory Specialists with equipment history, supporting system inventory count, and equipment exchange.
Responsibility:
The key responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist will be to:
- Supporting and handling inventory requests in our customer service portal Connect
- Supporting process and system compliance within inventory
- Supporting Inventory Transactions Activities in our ERP system: IFS.
- Performing various ad-hoc tasks related to inventory
Profile
- Your background is preferably from a similar support position with ERP system understanding - preferably within inventory, maintenance or master data. As a person you are very structured, and process driven, analytical, with an eye for details.
- Preferred, but not required, knowledge of working with customer support systems and ERP systems.
- Ongoing Formal education as a student on minimum bachelor level or equivalent with supply chain and inventory or another relevant field.
- Openness to learn system/ inventory related processes.
- Outgoing, and keen on innovating processes.
- Excellent English language skills.
