Responsibilities

• Processing sales invoices in financial systems
• Maintaining balance sheet movements related to sales transactions
• Import bank statements into the ERP system and settle transactions
• Working closely with the controlling department on IT project balances
• Posting of travel expenses costs and being a part of the automation process in this area
• Supporting and substituting Chief Accountant in business-critical processes (tax returns, monthly and annual closings, audits)
• Compiling ad hoc reports in your field of responsibility

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Fluent English language skills
• Good German (B1 or higher) language skills
• University degree in the field of Finance, Economics or similar
• Ability to understand basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement)
• High level of attention to detail, accurate work style and adherence to deadlines
• Forward-looking, proactive attitude
• Potential and interest in increasing responsibility in the long run
• Good communication skills
• IFRS experience

Considered As An Advantage

• Work experience with FitekIn, MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365
• German GAAP experience
• Experience in project accounting in an international environment
