The Team

SHEIN's Contruction team is responsible to lead and optimize daily operations of our automated warehouse systems, ensuring peak performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

● Oversee and maintain conveyors, sorters, robotics, and AS/RS.

● Maximize equipment performance to meet targets and customer demands.

● Monitor metrics and address operational issues promptly.

● Develop and manage a robust preventive maintenance program.

● Minimize downtime with strategic maintenance scheduling.

● Respond swiftly to emergency repairs, ensuring rapid resolution.

● Lead and mentor a team of automation technicians.

● Drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

● Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and safety.

● Collaborate on automation enhancement projects.

● Stay updated on industry trends and technology.

● Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

● Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

● Manage automation operations budget effectively.

● Maintain inventory for timely repairs and upgrades.

● Recommend new equipment and technology advancements.

Job Requirements:

● Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040.

● Bachelor’s in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, or related field.

● 5+ years in facility management, preferably in warehouse or industrial settings.

● Proven team leadership experience.

● Knowledge of facility management practices, including maintenance and project management.

● Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

● Proficient with CMMS and facility management software.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Fluency in English.

● Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.

Preferred:

● Certification in Facility or Project Management (e.g., CFM, PMP).

● Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or BAS/Energy Management Systems.

Working Conditions:

● Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery.

● Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

● Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
