Omni Calculator is a Polish tech company that helps solve real-life problems using science, numbers, and equations, thus making decisions rationally. Our main product - the web application omnicalculator.com contains over 3500 custom-built calculators co-created by experts in various fields of science. It is visited over 17 million times a month. Media outlets such as The New York Times, National Geographic, The Guardian, and The Washington Post featured our calculators.

Role overview:

We seek an experienced Link Building Specialist who can demonstrate expertise in building high-quality links. The role primarily involves generating links from external websites to specific calculators and developing a scalable, cost-effective strategy for generating links from high-traffic websites. The successful candidate will be pivotal in scaling the link-building team and establishing effective outreach processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a scalable and cost-effective strategy for generating links from high-authority websites.
• Identify high-authority websites for outreach and link acquisition.
• Conduct competitive backlink analysis to identify and leverage link-building opportunities.
• Acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites for specific calculators, enhancing their search engine rankings.
• Conduct daily outreach activities, including cold emailing.
• Scale the link-building team after successfully initiating link-building yourself, serving as a founding member.
• Track, report, and analyze link-building campaigns and their impact on SEO rankings and website traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Google's Webmaster Guidelines to avoid penalties related to link-building activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building high-quality links
• High determination and goal orientation to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Embrace experimentation and continuously test and compare success rates of different approaches.
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SEO metrics and tools (e.g., Ahrefs and Semrush)
• Provide scalable and cost-effective solutions.

Employment terms:

• Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
• Salary: 7 300 - 9 600 net PLN B2B or 6 000 - 8 000 gross PLN CoE
• Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
• Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

What does the recruitment process look like?

1. An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 minutes)
2. Case study: We would like to learn more about your working style. The task should not take more than 4 hours to complete
3. Presentation of work with a discussion of role-related knowledge (60 minutes)
4. The final round
5. General Cognitive Ability interview (60min)
6. Leadership/Ownership (60 minutes)
