At Open Loyalty, we help businesses maximize the usage of their products and services with loyalty and gamification mechanics.

We do that by offering an API-first loyalty toolkit/engine for driving the acquisition, engagement, and retention of their customers.

Companies use Open Loyalty to introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch.

The solution is used by 50+ companies across various industries, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, Ugami, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 40+ loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.


About your role

As Senior Content Manager, you will join our Inbound team and take the responsibility for the content creation. You will create top-quality content (articles, reports, audio/video content and interviews with external experts, and more) that will educate our potential clients and support our SEO.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content creation: you will create top-quality content (articles, reports, interviews with external experts) that will support our SEO; you will collaborate with external and internal experts;
  • PR and content distribution focused on tailored buyer personas;
  • Co-creating the content marketing strategy together with the Inbound team and the founders.


You’ll be a perfect match if you’re:

  • T-shaped content marketer focused on content marketing with 2+ years of experience at a similar position and an interest in topics such as eCommerce, MarTech, FinTech, Retail or Loyalty Marketing;
  • Experienced with various formats: long and short forms, social media, podcasts and webinars
  • Communicative: feeling in your element while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create great content;
  • A go-getter and you’re driven by results;
  • Fluent in English - preferably on a native-speaker-level - both written and spoken.
