Junior Operations Specialist- Sweden Market
Otovo is looking for a solution-oriented person to join our Polish office but to mainly support remotely our Operations team in Sweden.
About Otovo’s operations
We’re building a platform on which hundreds of renewable energy installers input their products, prices and coverage, which we use to provide standout services to people who want a solar energy system in their home. Customers get the best prices from local, high-quality installers who all adhere to the Otovo product standards and create the Otovo experience.
You will join a fast growing, well funded startup with ambitious goals for international expansion. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have well-functioning solar systems and that the collaboration with installing partners on technical issues is well-working. You will also provide colleagues with technical assistance, when needed.
Responsibilities
- Working in a dynamic environment and providing comprehensive solutions to emerging cases
- Project Qualification & feasibility: Initial technical control and feasibility for Swedish solar and battery installations
- Post-installation management and Quality control: Controlling that correct documentation is submitted by installer and that installation complies with Otovo standards.
- Assisting with helping customers and installers with technical issues.
Requirements
- B2+/C1 English Level, Swedish is a plus.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Good work organization skills
- Self driven with a positive mindset
- Experience in the photovoltaic, renewable energy, electricity or construction industry or studies related to it will be a big advantage
