    Owl Sentry is a cutting-edge technology startup at the seed stage. We have attracted investors and several funding from the European Union, in projects totaling nearly PLN 10 million.

    We are a small organization just before the rapid growth. This is the perfect time to join and be a part of it.

    Our passion and expertise in pest control, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence have led to the development of a revolutionary pest management system that is transforming the industry. We have a strong position to become a global player in this field.

    Owl Sentry is a response to the growing needs of the pest control industry and cities. Our IoT system allows for work optimization and significant operational cost reductions. With advanced data analysis and AI algorithms, Owl Sentry not only detects and responds to the presence of pests but also predicts potential threats before they become an issue.


    Market

    There are about a billion traps waiting for digital updates in the United States alone. And a similar number in other countries.

    Our future clients - pest control companies, as well as major cities in the EU and the US - already know they need smart products for pest control. But till now, there was nothing compelling to buy. 

    Our products are designed to perfectly meet their needs. 

    Now we have to make them know that we have the solutions they are looking for, without spendings millions. And close the deals.

    We strive to rent the first 20 million of our devices before 01/01/2030. 

    Your job will be to make this happen.

    Key responsibilities

    • developing and implementing low-cost high-performance sales strategies aligned with company goals
    • lead b2b sales efforts, focusing on closing deals and expanding market presence
    • identifying and pursuing key accounts and high-value opportunities
    • ensuring clients success in using our products and services
    • oversee the entire sales automation process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • manage customer onboarding processes, including onsite implementations if needed
    • represent Owl Sentry at industry trade shows and events
    • recruiting, training, and mentoring sales & customer success team  
    • foster employee development through training and mentorship


    Requirements

    • proven experience in b2b sales with a strong track record of closing transactions 
    • experience in sales automation and customer onboarding
    • demonstrated ability to develop and mentor a sales team
    • ability to strong presence at industry events and trade shows 
    • the ability to drive a car and a cat B license
    • at least basic knowledge of electronics
    • Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (freely spoken and written)


    Ideally, if you have

    • experience selling to pest control companies, large cities, agriculture, property management companies, or the cleaning sector 
    • technical knowledge or a degree in electronics
    • willingness to travel worldwide (1-7 days trips)
    • Spanish, German, French, Japanese or other major language will be an added advantage
