RevOps Project Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Project Management, gathered in a fast-growing environment, with multiple project stakeholders involved
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish
• Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Enablement; feeling comfortable with ambiguity, dynamic changes in direction and priorities
• A curious and analytical mind, presented in eagerness to understand the root cause, often digging more than it might seem necessary
• Undeniable skill in understanding subject complexity by breaking it down into smaller, identifiable, and logical problems
• A can-do attitude with the ability to work fast and not give up when challenges occur

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in the Customer Experience, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product area will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development, prioritization, and execution of our Revenue Operation initiatives
• Being the liaison between Revenue and other teams to coordinate project deliverables
• Translating business requirements into actionable tasks divided among project members
• Running retrospectives, stand-ups, and demos
• Coordinating and aligning everyone involved
• Digging into problems to reveal underlying, unobvious problems
• Working closely with Product Managers and Revenue stakeholders helping them shape and execute Packhelp's vision
