We're on our journey to become a leading global packaging marketplace. That is why we are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer that can be both a senior individual contributor and lead a team of 2 Designers.
Your future work will include→
Strategy
- Collaborate with Product & Tech leadership team in creating a Product vision and long term strategy
- Collaborate with your product team during quarterly planning, giving design’s input to prioritise the initiatives that maximise outcomes for the business and value provided to the user
Discovery
- Understand customer needs by practicing continuous discovery, user research and gathering qualitative information to identify the best opportunities
- Use your creativity to ideate solutions and quickly validate them to ensure that we're building the right thing
Delivery
- Map user journeys, processes and flows to help you define the scope of design activities
- Using Figma and our Design Language System to create wireframes, iterate to optimise user experience and apply ui designs that make them visually stunning
- Deliver designs and specs that are clear, organised and easily implemented by developers
People
- Lead a team of 2 Product Designers, helping them grow by coaching and empowering
- Help our Product Culture grow by introducing product design best practices, promoting knowledge sharing, and spreading a user-centric mindset
What we expect from you→
- 1+ years of experience in leading Product Designers
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design with a track record of delivering results. Ideally, in a SaaS / eCommerce company, a startup or a fast-growth company
- Experience in mobile and desktop design
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level)
- Creativity and the ability to solve problems collaboratively and effectively
- Expert knowledge of UX and UI design best practices
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing and other user research methods
- Solid experience of product design frameworks and techniques that aid in generating ideas and scoping solutions
- Experience in collaborating with a large number of stakeholders, including executive-level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric with a true passion for great products that solve customer problems
- Ability to grow others by coaching and empowering
